How do I make a warranty claim?Updated 9 days ago

If something’s not right with your piece, we’ll help make it right. Here’s how to start a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your:
    • Order Number
    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  2. Our Quality Control team will carefully review your claim.
  3. If your claim is approved:
    • We'll replace the same item (no substitutions).
    • You’re eligible for a one-time exchange if the item is defective.
    • Your replacement will be covered by a new 1-year warranty, starting from the replacement’s purchase date.
    • Refunds may be offered in special cases, at our discretion.

Refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis, but only within 180 days of your original purchase. After that, replacements, store credits or exchanges are the only options.

Returns & Shipping

In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item. Return eligibility depends on the material and value:

  • Returnable: 14K gold and medium–large 925 silver pieces
  • Usually not returnable: Titanium and smaller 925 styles

We may also request returns for recycling depending on the item and issue.
Shipping costs will be handled based on the return case and product type — we’ll let you know what applies once your claim is reviewed.
