What’s included in the warranty coverage?Updated 9 days ago

We stand by the quality of our jewelry. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right. Your Ambi pieces are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered:
Our warranty applies to issues caused during production, not daily wear. This includes:

  • Misaligned posts or internally threaded studs that can’t be properly tightened
  • Clasps, hinges, or closures that don’t function as they should
  • Visible cracks or fractures on the outer surfaces of stones
  • Stones or decorative elements falling out due to improper setting
  • Posts or components that detach due to faulty construction
  • Mismatched or uneven pairs (in size, shape, or finish)
  • Toolkits that arrive damaged, incomplete, or non-functional

If your item arrives with any of these issues, or develops them within the first year, we’ll replace it.

What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty doesn’t cover issues that come from everyday use, accidents, or care habits. This includes:

  • Improper use or storage
  • Tarnishing, scratches, fading, or natural wear
  • Accidental damage from drops, pressure, or improper removal
  • Loss or theft of jewelry or parts
  • Requests for different sizes or colors
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Claims made after the 1-year coverage period
  • Missing proof of purchase or photo evidence

In short: If your piece has a manufacturing fault, we’ll take care of it. If it’s normal wear and tear or accidental damage, it’s not covered under warranty.
