What isn't covered by your warranty?Updated 9 days ago
We’re here to make sure you feel confident in every piece you own, and we want to be transparent about what our warranty does not cover, so there are no surprises.
Here's what falls outside of our 1-year warranty:
- Improper use or storage – While we cover damage from regular, everyday wear, issues caused by mishandling or improper storage aren’t covered.
- Natural aging & surface wear – Tarnishing, scratches, fading, or other signs of wear that develop over time are a natural part of your jewelry’s journey and aren’t considered defects.
- Accidental damage – Drops, impacts, or exposure to extreme temperatures aren't included under our warranty.
- Loss or theft – Once your item has been shipped or delivered, we’re no longer able to cover it under warranty if it’s lost or stolen.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications – If any changes are made to your piece by a third party, our warranty will no longer apply.
- Sizing or style changes – Requests for a different size, color, or style aren’t covered.
- Claims outside the 1-year coverage – Warranty requests made after your coverage window has passed.
- Missing proof of purchase or photo evidence – We’ll need both to process any warranty claim.
