It depends on the item:

• Piercing Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken, these pieces are non-returnable. If the seal is still intact, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.
• Cuffs & Toolkits: These can be returned as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging.
• Earrings, Sale Items, Personalised Pieces, Mystery Bundles & Gift Cards: These are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

If your item is eligible, you can choose a refund back to your original payment method or store credit. Exchanges are also available, and the value will be based on what you originally paid. You’ll just need to cover any difference in price and shipping for the new item.
